We are looking for the industry’s finest Venue/Restaurant Managers to join our team to deliver exceptional dining experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.


Duties & Responsibilities


You will be involved, and partly responsible for, tasks including, but not limited too


    • Running a positive and productive service for guests and the service team


    • Provide an excellent standard of service in line with the reputation of the venue


    • Provide ongoing support and coaching for junior staff


    • Assist with the continuous review, design and implementation of a unique sequence of service across breakfast, lunch and dinner


    • Assist in controlling operating costs of the venue – including payroll and cost of goods

The Ideal Candidate Must Have


    • Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte restaurant


    • Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience


    • Exceptional service skills and guest focused


    • Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices


    • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods


    • Proven ability in building effective relationships


    • RSA / Approved managers


    • Intermediate stock control experience


    • Intermediate rostering experience


    • Display excellent standards in personal presentation


    • Demonstrate excellent personal and interpersonal communication skills


    • Specific knowledge of booking and point of sale software (Now Book It and Bepoz) strongly regarded


    • Ability and willingness to work a variety of day and night shifts on a varied roster


This is a fulltime position with a salary of $79,875 PA
