About the role

We are currently seeking an aspiring Sous Chef to join our talented team at Wildflower and work alongside our Head Chef. This is a fantastic next career move, for someone interested in progression and having creative input in an exciting and dynamic kitchen.

Candidates will have the following skills and experiences.

  • A strong work ethic, a passion to create good food and a desire to succeed.
  • Relevant qualification in commercial cookery.
  • Exceptionally skilled, with at least three years’ experience in a high-end restaurant.
  • As this is a hands-on management role, the ability to train employees and supervise the Wildflower team.
  • Be a highly organised kitchen manager that works autonomously to lead the team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication.
  • Outstanding time management during preparation and service times.
