About the Brighton Hotel Mandurah.
The Brighton Hotel is centrally located on Mandurah’s beautiful foreshore and was reopened in November 2020 after a refurbished by it’s new owners. The Brighton has a number of options available across our venue over the two levels offering locals and tourist a diverse range of services, dinning, function/events, entertainment and larger events such as our own ‘Beer Fest’ and Top of The Terrace Street Parties.
We are seeking someone that would like to grow with a family owned and operated venue that has strong product knowledge and experienced in all facets of beverage and front of house operations, must have attention to detail, can-do attitude and take full responsibility for the front of house services and management. Up to date on all current license legislations & mandates, confidence to manage all front of house employees both full-time and casual, providing continuous training and development.
Job and Responsibility
Management and training of front of house
Stock control, purchasing and stock taking
Bar management, organisation
Beverage menu creation and changes, including for special events
Liaison with suppliers and their representatives
Running day to day services
Cashing up and balancing
Recruitment and training
Experience and Qualifications
Similar experience in a previous Hospitality Management role
Approved Mangers Card
COVID Hygiene Certificate
Meet COVID vaccination requirement
Have working rights in Australia
