An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated front-of-house restaurant or Asst. rest Manager or aspiring Duty Manager ready to take the next step to join the award-winning team at Pinchos Bar de Tapas on our beautiful Spanish corner in the heart of Leederville.
A desirable full-time salary with a good work-life- balance, reflective of roster awaits the successful candidate. Note we are open at weekends for breakfast and bottomless brunch, six lunches and seven dinners.
Pinchos is a young & fun brand with a busy and energetic soul that requires a great team leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Front-of-house hands-on leadership with good knowledge of food and wine is essential; Previous experience in similar roles is required.
Staff training & development, systems & procedures, sequence of service, rostering, stocktake, and our business KPO’s are all part of this position.
An approved Managers card & experience with both coffee & bar is very desirable.
