About us

Open since 2012 Heritage is a wine bar and wine store with a 40 seat dining room, a 20 seat bar and 2 private dining rooms. In our basement is our cocktail committed bar Bobeche. We offer a compact seasonal and supplier led menu of restrained dishes that showcase the beauty of the produce we secure.  Our food is flavour driven, paired back and elegant. Our menu size allows us to reduce waste and ensure the freshest produce.


Qualifications & experience

  • Experience within another high quality dining room where produce is highlighted and waste minimised
  • Service focussed and driven by positive guest feedback
  • Experience leading a team, encouraging and ensuring all team members are performing
  • A love for wine and putting forward dishes that can be paired with our extensive list

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Run a section efficiently and lead by example
  • Manage our team of Chefs and Apprentices
  • Ordering, stock rotation and invoice approvals
  • Menu input and dish development
  • Ensure cleaning standards are maintained and daily checklists completed


  • CBD location
  • Open Tuesday – Saturday for dinner and lunch on Friday, closed on Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays
