Front Office & Food and Beverage All Rounder

Do you perceive yourself as creative, extroverted and highly customer orientated? If so, we are currently looking for a Front Office and Food & Beverage All Rounder to join our diverse team.
A day in the life of a All Rounder involves:
· Providing guests a warm welcome to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check in and check out throughout their stay
· Assisting guests with requests and memorable experiences by sharing your hotel and local Geraldton knowledge
· Participating in training and development programs to enhance one’s skills and capabilities
· Waitressing duties
· Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of surprise and delight amenities whilst ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions.
· Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities
· Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and handling customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner
· Ensure accuracy of guest accounts on departure
· Recognising our loyalty guests
· Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and the issuing of room keys.
We are looking for people who are friendly, welcoming, and enjoy making every guests experience memorable through your authentic customer service, setting you apart from the rest.
As well as:
· A current manual driver’s license
· WA RSA certificate
· Unlimited work rights in Australia
· The availability to work variety of shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and public holidays as per our business demands.
· Previous experience with a PMS. Opera or Fidelio desirable however not essential
· An excellent phone manner and organisational skills
· A passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
