The Boundary Island Brewery has exceeded all expectations since opening in January this year.  Now expanding to 7 days per week, we serve Breakfast on weekends and lunch and dinner every day.

Our staff are the heart and soul of the brewery and we are looking for an exceptional chef who can help us continue this amazing level of growth.

You will take responsibility and ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared according to standard recipes, and assist other sections and juniors in the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Cookery Certification or equivalent work experience
  • Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle is essential
  • Demonstrated experience within a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
