We are seeking a highly experienced full time/Part time Restaurant manager/Bar manager to Lead the team at Newley opend Aussie Ribs bar & Grill restaurant, Located on Great eastern Highway Ascot.WA, this amazing venue demands high standards of service for our visiting local and International guests.
If you are a highly skilled Restaurant Manager from a solid hospitality background, accustomed to creating a confident team of industry professionals, then we want to talk to you.
You must manage the day-to-day operations through a consistent approach, be a positive communicator, who recognises the talents and skills of others. Come from a strong systems background, be able to lead, motivate and train staff with your advanced skills in front of house and bar operations. Functions and event experience is highly desirable and a knack for planning and implementing multiple tasks a must.
You will bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and discipline to raise the service bar. You are a true leader who knows how to get the best from everyone. Reporting to Directors, you will have access to all the support you require to successfully operate in this environment.
REMUNERATION: Negotiable for best candidate
What you bring to the table:
3–10 years of industry experience
RSA Certificate and Approved manager
Restaurant management
Bar (cocktail & wine list) management
Strong leadership, motivational, and mentorship skills
Labour costing/rostering management
Manage business to set KPIs
Charisma, humour, and an energetic attitude
Supportive of a collaborative management approach
Confident with Microsoft Office and email communication
Ability to work every weekend and the occasional public holiday
