The Margaret River Chocolate Company’s factory in the Swan Valley region was opened in 2001 and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Western Australia. It has an amazing range of chocolate products, with Free entry and Free tastings, as well as viewing windows to see the products being made. The Chocolate Cafe has a range of delicious light lunches and sweet treats, where you can enjoy everything from burgers, chips, salad and soup, to a sumptuous range of cakes, desserts, chocolate fondues, milk shakes, hot drinks and the best chocolate brownies. 

Are you highly motivated, love cooking, and would love to work in an environment surrounded by chocolate? Then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to join our incredible team; responsible for producing a range of breakfasts, light meals, and sweet treats in our busy cafe in the heart of the Swan Valley.

Essential skills:

Previous experience in food preparation, baking, and cooking (including grill work) in a busy kitchen
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a flexible in approach
Ability to follow established recipes
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Training in food safety, hygiene and OHS

Great attention to detail
