This is your chance to be part of a fun filled Ascot Racing Carnival. From October to May each year, Ascot Racecourse comes alive with some of our biggest raceday events, including Melbourne Cup, The Pinnacles, The Quokka and Perth Cup attracting crowds of 20,000+
We are currently seeking experienced and qualified hospitality superstars to work across our restaurants and function spaces for the 2023-24 Ascot racing carnival who have a passion to work in a fun & diverse workplace, providing exceptional customer service and delivering outstanding guest experiences. If you have a desire to deliver high class service in a fine dining setting, then we have a position for you.
For the superstars in our team, we have shifts available for raceday and non-raceday events all year round, above and beyond our Ascot Racing Carnival.

We are looking for team players with hospitality experience who work well in a high-energy environment in a variety of setting and locations across the course. To be successful in these roles you will have:
- Relevant experience in reputable venues
- High standard of personal presentation
- Ability to carry 3 plates
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work Saturday day shifts
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (SITHFAB002)
- For Team Leaders – a demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fun filled environment
- Approved Managers desirable but not essential
- Safe Food Handler Training
