About the role

We are searching for Qualified Chefs who can join our current team of amazing staff, assisting in the preparation and servicing all of the catering requirements within the RAC Arena. From the Main Production Kitchen to Corporate Suites, Function rooms to feeding the Artists and Players themselves. We are looking for chefs who have a great work ethic, a sense of pride in their work and love being a part of an enthusiastic and vibrant team. You’ll look great in the provided laundered uniform that you get to return at the end of each shift.

About you

We are looking for Qualified Chefs who have worked at a chef de partie level, who thrive on being part of a team, as well as working well unsupervised. Have a desire to achieve high standards, possess good kitchen leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in others. Successful applicants will need to also have

Essential​

  • At least three years of cheffing experience
  • Food Handler Certificate (SITXFSA001)
  • COVID Hospitality & Tourism COVID-19 Hygiene Training
  • National Police Clearance and proof of identity that meets the 100 points

RAC Arena is WA’s home of live entertainment, music and sports. Since opening, our 15,000 seat venue has hosted many famous superstars, including Prince, The Killers, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Fleetwood Mac, The Rolling Stones, Ed Sheeran, KISS, Celine Dion and Katy Perry. RAC Arena has also given our sporting favourites an opportunity to thrive and excel. The venue has previously hosted the Hopman Cup with record attendance and stellar players, such as Roger Federer, and Serena and Venus Williams. The Perth Wildcats have scaled new heights on and off the court by regularly playing in front of more than 12,000 people, transforming the CBD into a sea of red during their home games.
