Willow Grill restaurant is a Tapas style restaurant, serving small portions of modern Australian food with an Asian influence. We have been running for 10 years. In addition to our 80 seater restaurant, we also cater for functions up to 200 pax.
We are open for breakfast 7 days a week and dinner 6 nights a week, so split shifts are a must for your 5 days over 7.
We are looking for a full time, hands on Supervisor to help our operations manager run the restaurant.
We are a small team, so the position is hands on, covering the ops manager on days off and holidays.
Our ideal candidate has worked in hotels before or at least a varied a la Carte scenario. Previous supervisory experience is a bonus, but not essential.
RSA is a must.
