We are searching for full-time, motivated, energetic, and passionate senior chefs and kitchen leaders to join our fast-paced and professional kitchens.

These are very senior chef roles and we need team leaders with excellent people management and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a real eagerness to contribute to the development and progression of our wider food business. You’ll be creative and have a serious passion for quality, seasonal produce, and market-leading food.

Il Lido Italian Canteen is located on picture-perfect Cottesloe beach and comprises a highly regarded Italian canteen and award-wining wine bar, as well as a super busy espresso bar.

Nolita Trattoria is on beautiful Bay View Terrace in the heart of Claremont, trading for lunch and dinner six days a week.

Or if pizza, wine, and a real good time at Perth’s best Neapolitan pizza joint intrigues you, this is the call to become involved. Our new iteration of Canteen Pizza will open in late October in the leafy southern suburb of Applecross.

You will need to have the relevant industry licenses and trade certificates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

These positions are open to suitably qualified chefs with a Valid Australian Work Visa or those who have a Permanent Residency status for Australia.
