Il Lido Italian Canteen is located on picture-perfect Cottesloe beach and comprises a highly regarded Italian canteen and wine bar, as well as a super busy espresso bar.
Nolita Trattoria is on beautiful Bay View Terrace in the heart of Claremont, fully accessible by public transport, trading for lunch and dinner six days per week with a need for hospitality professionals who are eager to contribute to the growth and expansion of this popular local restaurant.

Featuring rustic Italian cuisine and award-winning wine lists, we are looking for experienced, motivated, energetic, and passionate professionals who are committed to providing benchmark customer service with quality food, coffee, and wine. We need exceptional team leaders, bar and waitstaff and baristas, all with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric work ethic.
