We put a lot of time into the design of our product; ensuring clients spend less time packing up and down and more time experiencing the wonderful regions that Australia has to offer.

Our client base is diverse, predominantly from Switzerland, Germany, France, Netherlands and Australia. We work with Key Distribution Partners across the world and inbound tourism providers. We also take direct bookings from clients and therefore much of our interaction with clients occurs from their first booking enquiry.

Role Overview

As our Marketing Manager, your mission will be to capture the spirit of our brand and drive product demand through your professionalism and creativity.

You will be responsible for refining, developing and implementing our marketing strategies, driving innovation and engagement, and your exceptional communication skills will serve to connect us more closely with our growing and loyal client base and trusted partners both in Australia and internationally.


Key responsibilities and tasks 

Website and SEO Management

  • Maintain and improve website, managing web developers and designers, as required
  • Optimise website and enhance search engine rankings through SEO best practices
  • Monitor and analyse website performance, identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Digital Media

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and increase direct booking conversions
  • Collaborate with Reservations and Operations Teams to ensure content creation aligns with brand messaging and Company values
  • Source, produce and edit captivating content to enhance audience engagement, including social media content, blog posts and online articles
  • Develop and implement our Email Direct Marketing Strategy
  • Manage partner media agency in Australia and evaluate campaign performance regularly
  • Monitor and optimise digital advertisements and analyse performance of adverts, developing recommendations for improvements


  • Coordinate, review and execute the annual Marketing Strategy and associated Workplans
  • Support our European representation agency by providing assets and reviewing digital reports
  • Work closely with our Team to convey our passion for providing world-class 4WD campers and service
  • Strengthen relationships with our partners and tourism organisations in Australia and internationally to enhance our brand awareness and build client retention
  • Preparation of monthly reports, including analysing and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies

Knowledge, skills and experience 


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a track record in digital and social media campaign management
  • Experience in strategic marketing content planning, development, implementation and measurement
  • Proven experience in marketing with a focus on website development, content management and development, and social media
  • Strong understanding and experience with SEO and SEM
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
  • Conflict management and resolution skills
  • Unrestricted current Drivers Licence
  • Ability to travel, if required
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible work hours, including occasional weekends


  • Previous senior marketing experience in a travel or tourism organisation
  • Passion for travel and tourism
  • Understanding of the European Travel Distribution System
  • Experience in working within a small business environment
