This position provides an opportunity to experience the unique lifestyle of the Coral Bay tourist settlement, 150km south of Exmouth in the world heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef region. Applicants must have their own accommodation.
Reception duties including experience in the reservation system (NewBook is used), assisting guests with tourist information
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone manner
- Show initiative with a can-do attitude and great attention to detail
- Take bookings over the phone and via email
- Maximizing revenue opportunities
- Collecting and calling customers for overdue payments
- Social media and review management
- Housekeeping and laundry tasks when required
- Ensure the quality of service to all guests upon arrival and departure
- Be available to be on call for after-hours check-ins and emergencies on a roster basis
