The Yanchep Inn is located in the Yanchep National Park and boasts a busy beer garden, restaurant & a unique Wedding & function venue in the Cabaret Cave.
The business is currently expanding and with our weddings & functions looking very busy for the rest of the year we are looking for another chef to join our kitchen team.
You will need to be experienced in short-order cooking, able to work in a variety of positions (prep, salads, grill, pans & running the pass) and have a positive attitude.
You will be working with our head chef in a variety of shifts that will require you to be autonomous at times as well as responsible for the team in the Head & Sous chefs absence.
To be successful you will need the following:
At least 3 years in working in a short order kitchen.
Be appropriately qualified as a chef
Have your own transport
Be able to provide a current police clearance
Be able to pass a drug test
Be available to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, public holidays etc
And most importantly have a positive & friendly attitude.
