We are on the lookout for a passionate Restaurant Manager.

Swings & Roundabouts is located in Western Australia’s stunning Margaret River region. We pride ourselves on our vibrant team, solid work ethic and a happy work environment which enables us to deliver outstanding service to our avid Swings followers.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, the key responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager are to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Their goal is to provide customers with an exceptional experience that lives up to Swings & Roundabouts southwest friendly style.

This is a hands on position and you will be in amongst daily operation.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

Managing, training and retaining staff
Overseeing day to day restaurant operations
Customer enquiries
Health & Safety
Stock Management
Working closely with the Venue Manager, Head Chef & kitchen team
