We are searching for full-time, motivated, energetic, and passionate senior chefs and kitchen leaders to join our fast-paced and professional kitchen brigade that operates across two leading beachside restaurants.

These are very senior chef roles and we need team leaders with excellent people management and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a real eagerness to contribute to the development and progression of our wider food business. You’ll be creative and have a serious passion for quality, seasonal produce, and market-leading food.

You will need to have the relevant industry licenses and trade certificates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

These positions are open to suitably qualified chefs with a Valid Australian Work Visa or those who have a Permanent Residency status for Australia.
