We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chef de Partie for our signature restaurant.

 

THE ALCOVE

The Alcove Restaurant focuses on a contemporary produce driven Mediterranean menu.

The restaurant consists of a dining restaurant, a conservatory, and an outdoor dining area.

 

 Candidates working in this outlet will demonstrate:

At least 2 years’ experience in a busy, formal dining a la carte restaurant setting
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Desire to work in an energetic team setting
Excellent communication skills
Impeccable professional attitude including care for personal grooming, punctuality and service quality
Great attention to detail
