An exciting opportunity is now available for a Duty Manager to join our hospitality team.
This full-time role is responsible for the hotels food and beverage operations providing the first point of contact to guests, assisting with all aspects of their stay, guest inquiries, providing information on facilities and services.
Key responsibilities include:
Be the face of our Hotel F&B team, lead by example, anticipating our guests needs.
Manage the day-to-day operations, ensure our quality & standards meet the expectations of our guests.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge .
Monitor training and offer guidance to employees whilst on shift.
Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times to eliminate potential issues and ultimately deliver a greater positive experience to our guests.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate a customer focused team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with clear focus on quality and standards
Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite and Guest Centrix or similar PMS system experience an advantage)
Approved Managers WA certification
