Duty Manager (F&B) – Mandoon Estate

Mandoon Estate is seeking a hands on Manager to assist in the running of daily shifts within our busy Homestead Brewery (300-seat casual dining brewhouse open 7-days).

This is a hands on role which will require weekend and evening work.  Applicants must have extensive relevant experience in running a shift within a busy environment.

The applicant will also need to have experience dealing with customers, staff management on shift, till cash ups and running small events in line with our event orders.

The role will also enable you to learn and grow in one of the busiest and most iconic venues in Western Australia.  Candidates that have a keen interest in boutique wine and craft beer would be advantageous.

 

To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

A proven ability to work in a fast paced restaurant environment
Experience in working in busy venues is a must
Immaculate personal grooming and presentation
A highly motivated team player with the ability to multi-task and delegate effectively
Hold a WA Approved Manager card (and RSA)
Digital Proof of COVID-19 Full Vaccination
Must have own transport
Be able to work with the established and dynamic venue management team to ensure the continued success of the venue
