Cape to Cape Explorer Tours is a multi-award-winning Margaret River based company that specialise in quality, informative and fun nature-based experiences on the Cape to Cape Track.

Our season will re-commence at the beginning of September 2022 and we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Tour Bus Drivers to join our professional team. The role is seasonal and your fixed term contract would be based on a 20-40hr fortnightly roster with a commitment from beginning of September – end November 2022 and an option for the 2023 Autumn season commencing late Feb – end May 2023.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
You are a friendly, outgoing and energetic individual with excellent time management and people skills. You are confident in your communication style and understand how to relate to a culturally diverse group of people with strong customer focus. You will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of customers while being transferred and for ensuring that customer experiences are enjoyable and positive whilst in the vehicle and out on the Track. You will work both morning and afternoon transfer shifts, complete regular vehicle safety checks, catering delivery, as well as regular runs to Perth, including overnight stays. Vehicles driven will range from 12 to 22 seats.  You have a focus on safety, an excellent driving history, are flexible and adaptable and extremely reliable. This role has flexible working hours/days suited to the successful candidate. You will be required to work 2-6 days per fortnight, with some split shifts and overnight travel to Perth required (if applicable).

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential: Current Senior First Aid certificate HLTAD003 – Current Drivers Licence – Right to Work in Australia (unlimited) – Local winery knowledge – Passenger Transport Licence – Police Clearance – Full COVID vaccination history – available to work most weekends.
Highly desirable: Previous experience as a Driver or Tour Guide within the Tourism Industry – Light to Heavy Rigid Licence – Experience driving with luggage trailer – Clean driving record – Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – Understanding of vehicle care to optimise vehicle performance.
