Cape to Cape Moveable Feast is the catering segment of Cape to Cape Explorer Tours.

Our catering team make delicious and nutritious food for our hiking guests to devour whilst hiking the track, as well as other catering for local community groups and businesses, and catering packs for local hotels.

To join our team you will need to demonstrate experience with:

  • food safety, including knowledge of food allergens (Food safety certificate is a requirement)
  • cleaning, food preparation, presentation and food service procedures and standards
  • following directions from the cook regarding portion control, cooking standards and wastage
  • preparing meals according to menu requirements
  • food delivery
  • restocking ingredients and fulfilling catering orders.

You will have previous experience working in a commercial kitchen/food preparation business and have a passion for delicious, nutritious food.

Hours are 6-7 hour days, 1, 2 or 3 days per week.
