We are looking for a professional bar and restaurant attendant with exceptional customer service skills to maintain the high standard of our food, beverage, and reputation, while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the front of house and bar areas.

- Experience in providing service support to ensure service standards are maintained to a high level of customer satisfaction

- High level of interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills when presented with operational obstacles

- Sound knowledge and skills relating to food safety related Infection Control principles

- Sound time management skills, a high level of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively

- Maintain workplace hygiene, occupational health and safety, and security procedures.

Qualifications

- Hold a current RSA Certificate

- Bar attendants with experience in cocktail making is preferred

- COVID-19 Hygiene Certificate
