Brotzeit’s small Bar and Restaurant looking for a Head Chef to be part of our team in Joondalup. You might already be in a head chef role or as a strong sous chef ready to move up.

Brotzeit® offers world-famous German beers accompanied by authentic Bavarian Cuisine in a chic and contemporary setting.

Job descriptions:

Working in a small team you are responsible for quality of all food, health and safety of food products, cost control and smooth operations of kitchen and not limited to people management and management of kitchen operations.

The successful Applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

Setting a high benchmark in food quality, consistency and presentation.
Exceptional time management and organisation skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Have a great attitude and able to motivate and lead a team of kitchen staff
Be able to adapt and adopt to Brotzeit® systems and standards
