We are a boutique winery, restaurant and distillery operating on weekends and we are looking for an all rounder who has a strong focus on experience as a barista but isn’t afraid to take on multiple roles within the restaurant.  Ideally, you have a strong knowledge of dialling in the coffee grind, weighing the grind and pour and are able to adjust the machine to maintain a consistent pour throughout the day and you can create silky smooth milk.  Latte art is not a priority – keeping it simple is fine.  You will also be comfortable serving customers, running food, clearing tables, doing dishes and serving wine/spirits.

An RSA is required and your own transport is essential as we are not serviced by public transport.

We only open during the day so you will have the flexibility to take on other roles outside of this job.  Rate of pay is in keeping with the Restaurant Industry Award (Level 2 Food & Bev) and the average hours worked over a weekend will be around 10 hours.
