We are seeking a motivated Casual Front Office staff member to join our Seashells Yallingup team starting late-September.


Seashells Yallingup is a 4.5-star rated Self Contained apartment style accommodation located in the heart of Yallingup. Yallingup Beach is just a 10-minute stroll away through the lush gardens and down a walk trail. We’re an easy three-hour drive south of Perth.


You will be responsible for:


    • The check-in and check-out of guests


    • Answer phone calls, reply emails and respond in-person with guests and travel agents


    • Providing local knowledge on services and attractions to guests


    • Managing guest booking and accounts


    • Administration tasks associated with the Front Office


To succeed in this role, you must:


    • Have experience in a hotel reception


    • Be able to work various shifts including weekends & PHs


    • Deliver exceptional customer service


    • Have a happy & friendly personality with a great communication skill


    • Experience using PMS, highly regarded if you have experience in CMS


    • Strong computer skill


    • A mature, trustworthy, person who can work on their own and as part of a small team


    • Require Own Transport


    • Your shift will be around 3 shifts a week, 6-8 hours a day. Possible extra shift when others are on leave.  Additional hours available in Housekeeping should they be desired.


Seashells Yallingup reception opening hours is 8.30am to 5.00pm weekdays, 9am to 4pm on weekends & 9am to 3pm on PHs.
