Your pathway to employment starts here. In this four-week introduction to Commercial Cookery skill set, you will learn how to prepare and present simple dishes, how to use a range of food preparation equipment and about food safety, in a combination of training and work placement.

- Future Chef Margaret River – 13th October – 7 weeks, 2 days per week
- Future Chef Joondalup – 30th October – 4 weeks, 5 days per week
- Future Chef Bentley – 26th October – 3 weeks, 5 days per week
- Future Chef Mandurah – 6th November – 3 weeks, 5 days per week
