Souveer didn’t plan to work in hospitality but once he started, it was love at first sight. After completing his apprenticeship with a three-star Michelin chef in Mauritius, Souveer found his way to Cable Beach
(Walmanyjun) in 2015, “an amazing place” where he now proudly steers more than 40 chefs to create memorable experiences for guests.
