“Part of the appeal of doing the job is that you can do it anywhere and I love doing it here.” After 20 years in a job that has taken him all around the world, Ray has found his happy place in Broome (Rubibi). Whether he’s supervising staff, scheduling, budgeting or taking guests to and from the resort, Ray says it doesn’t feel like work.
