As a venue and events team lead you will oversee the planning and implementation of events which exceed client expectations and leave our clients and their guests with lasting memorable experiences.

This includes extensive client consultation, vendor management, coordinating and management of staff and assisting the Director with tasks as required.

The role would be 3 days per week. Opportunity for additional hours.

A brief summary of the tasks involved in the position include:

Assist with coordinating private functions and events.
Conduct venue walkthroughs.
Administration of client function bookings.
Attend functions and events including but not limited to function set ups, bartending, stocking/restocking and overall event day execution management.
Leading and managing floor staff.
Plan, implement and manage social media.
The candidate has:

Selection Criteria & Essential Qualifications:

Unrestricted Approved Managers License.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Experience:

2+ years’ experience in event coordination or similar role.
1+ years’ experience managing employees and/or contractors.
Ideal Start Date:

30th March 2026 (Flexible)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week

Work Location: In person
