Bar & Restaurant Manager
Flanagan’s Bar & Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Kalgoorlie.
Your Role
As the Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our daily operations, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. You’ll be responsible for:
Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and inspiring a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team.
Operational Excellence: Coordinating daily shifts, managing reservations, and ensuring the venue is always compliant with health and safety regulations.
Financial Performance: Tracking revenue and costs, managing budgets, and overseeing stock control to hit profitability goals.
Strategic Growth: Planning special events, designing creative drink/food menus with the chefs, and promoting the venue through local marketing and social media.
What You Bring
Experience: At least 5 years of proven management experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts with a calm head.
Knowledge: Strong beverage and cocktail knowledge, combined with commercial awareness and a deep understanding of industry regulations.
