Dom, who was diagnosed with dyslexia in high school, always preferred working with his hands. After studying a Certificate II in Hospitality at school, he started a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. With chefs and cooks in demand, Dom has found his purpose helping to create taste sensations at high-end restaurant Wildflower.
