Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a vibrant venue located in a prime Perth coastal location and has an opportunity available for a Sous Chef to join the team.

The role: 

Tailor-made for a passionate professional, this role provides the scope for exercising your considerable knowledge and passion for food on a daily basis in our Beach Club kitchen.
Supported by an existing energetic team of like-minded chefs this role will lead the brigade in our Beach Club kitchen.

You are:

An organised Sous Chef able to drive our kitchen team with energy.
Able to assist with many operational and administrative tasks. 
Experience and capability in functions & events execution.
Someone who loves working with local and regional ingredients.
A Sous Chef who is passionate about mentoring and developing their team and achieving results.

Strong communication and organisational skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills
