Paramount is arguably Perth’s most recognised party destination. We are a popular Nightclub in the heart of Northbridge, looking to expand our Bar, Door and Floor team! We’re a big venue with different positions to suit every personality type. 

Shifts range from 9 pm to 5 am on Friday and Saturday nights, with the rare Sunday thrown in – So it’s a fast and easy way to pick up decent hours in a short amount of time, rather than having to work all week!

Never worked in a Nightclub before? No worries. We provide on-the-job training that will cover everything you need to know.

About You

Our team are a big deal to our patrons and a huge part of what they experience as part of Paramount Nightclub. The ideal candidate will be fun and friendly, take pride in their presentation, and show they are willing to learn and work as a team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

In all of our team roles, Bar, Floor, or Door, our team are there to assist in creating the infamous Paramount Party, no matter what that takes. 

Be it serving drinks, keeping the party clean, or even being the “gatekeepers” at the door, we all do any and all of the tasks required in the Nightclub environment.

We provide all the support and all the training, so if you’re keen to learn and have the right attitude, don’t worry if you don’t have experience; we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

Must be available to work every Friday, Saturday night, and on the occasional Public Holiday. Hours will be between 9 pm and 5 am.
Must have valid RSA
