We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic, personable front-of-house crew who are passionate about hospitality, love working in a great team, deliver exceptional product and service, and genuinely care for the customer experience.

You will work closely with The Royal’s Management team to deliver and maintain an excellent standard of product and service in a relaxed and fun yet professional environment.

Given The Royal’s central location, size and reputation, prior experience is highly desirable. The Royal Hotel is a multifaceted space with 4 bars, several awards already under our belt and a total capacity of over 700 people. Our little sister fleur is a 50-seat award-winning restaurant located on the ground floor of the complex. We also offer an exclusive private dining room, karaoke room, event/function spaces and a large, iconic wrap-around verandah overlooking Yagan Square.

Built on the corner of William and Wellington Streets in 1882, The Royal Hotel was the original heart and soul of Perth.
