Blue Manna is an award-winning seafood restaurant situated in the beautiful coastal town of Dunsborough in the Margaret River Wine Region.

Specialising in the best local seafood and produce with a passion for simple, high-quality food. With our constantly evolving menu we work closely with our local fishermen to get the freshest seafood Western Australia has to offer.

We are looking for a Chef who has a Love and passion for innovative and delicious food. A Chef who is not just a strong leader but enjoys cooking and creating menus. Has an eye for detail and someone who appreciates good quality produce.

The ability to build and train a team of chefs

The ability to contribute to producing high-quality menus from our ever-changing fisherman’s catch

Comfortable with the administration and being hands-on in the kitchen

It will reward the right person with a highly organised and professional team, in an environment that encourages knowledge and a go-getter attitude.

You’ll have an award-winning team to conduct and motivate, along with maintaining the high level of service we are known for. Working closely with the team and running services.

We are looking for someone who always remains calm in any situation and is a natural motivator. Previous experience working in busy and good-quality venues is essential. Ideally, you’ll have at least 1-2 years of experience at a management level.  This will suit a Chef who is career-hungry and focused, someone who can display excellent ‘natural’ leadership skills.

We are open for dinners from Tuesday to Saturday and lunch on Fridays and Saturdays. We close Sundays and Mondays and all Public holidays
