Chef de Partie – Beachside Hospitality Precinct (Opening July 2026)

Join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie at our new beachside hospitality precinct, opening July 2026, and be part of a team creating exceptional seafood dishes in one of Western Australia’s most stunning coastal locations.

Located on Tarcoola Beach, our precinct features a seafood restaurant, relaxed outdoor dining, and a premium function space with sweeping ocean views. We focus on fresh, local ingredients and dishes that showcase the very best of coastal cuisine.

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie who loves seafood, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is eager to develop their skills in a high-quality, lifestyle-focused kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef
Manage a specific section of the kitchen efficiently and professionally
Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and consistent service
Contribute ideas to specials, plating, and presentation within your section

What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Chef de Partie or commis with strong technical skills
Passion for seafood and a love for creating coastal cuisine
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen and follow guidance from senior chefs
Strong teamwork, organisation, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities in your section
Positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality food and service
