Experienced Waiter
Lentedal Vineyard Estate – Marybrook, Margaret River Region
Lentedal Vineyard Estate is a family-owned boutique winery located in the heart of the Margaret River wine region. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter to join our hospitality team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on front-of-house role where you will provide outstanding customer service while helping to deliver exceptional experiences across our Cellar Door, wine bar and café.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide exceptional food and beverage service.
Serve wine, beer, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly.
Present wines and provide basic product knowledge to customers.
Assist with table service, food running and clearing tables.
Support the coordination of front-of-house operations during busy service periods.
Assist in training and supporting new team members.
Process customer payments using POS systems.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety and venue procedures.
Work weekends, public holidays and special events as required.
Essential RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in hospitality.
Previous experience as a waiter, food & beverage attendant or cellar door attendant.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Current WA RSA certificate (or ability to obtain one before commencing).
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Previous experience in wineries, restaurants or cafés.
Wine knowledge or interest in wine.
Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff.
