Chez Pierre is a family run fine-dining French restaurant looking for a qualified Chef de Partie. Suitable candidate will be required to be available to work Tuesday to Saturday in our restaurant. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, however occasional extra days may be required.

To be considered for this full-time position, you will need:

A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience as a Chef de Partie
Previous experience with French cooking techniques will be highly regarded
Must be reliable, motivated and punctual
Have a strong focus on Health and Safety
Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
