Emily Taylor Bar and kitchen is a new restaurant in Fremantle, near the markets. We are always looking at how to improve and support personnel through innovation, adapting to changing markets and pursuing new goals, growth and achieving high standards.

Qualifications & experience

Experience as a Commis / Demi Chef – 3- 5 years preferably in fast paced environments
Also require kitchen hands
Thorough knowledge of Asian style menu
Supportive role to head chef & Sous chefs
References in similar roles
Work autonomously
Self motivated and work under pressure
Passionate about cooking & goal focussed
Honest, well presented and a team player
Tasks & responsibilities

Take direction and assist with all day to day kitchen duties
Time focused w attention to detail
Assist and observe OHS and Food safety program
Assist w/  putting deliveries away
Liaise w head chef and sous on regular basis
Take an active role in ensuring that the venue meets and exceeds customer expectations
