If you are a woman working in tourism or hospitality and ready to step into a leadership role, the 2026 Women in Tourism and Hospitality (WITH) Insights Mentor Circle is your chance to grow your career.
Over the six-month program, you’ll be paired with an experienced mentor who will provide guidance, share insights, and help you build confidence, leadership skills, and professional networks.

Who can apply?
The program is open to women with at least three years’ experience in the tourism or hospitality industry who are financial members of WITH WA.
Ideal applicants are those with a clear aspiration to step into leadership roles and the availability to commit to one group session per month over six months. You are also encouraged to provide a letter of support from an employer or colleague to strengthen your application.
Supported by Tourism WA, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, and AV Partners, the Mentor Circle is a high-quality, industry-backed opportunity to accelerate your career and take the next step into leadership.
What you’ll learn
Over six sessions, you’ll learn first-hand strategies to overcome barriers women face in progressing to leadership roles. The program will guide you through career path planning and goal setting, overcoming career hurdles, presenting with courage and influence, networking and personal branding, financial awareness for professional growth, and leadership development.
You will have direct access to your mentor, special guest speakers, and other participants, helping you graduate with a clear career path, practical skills, industry knowledge, and a strong professional network. Sessions are interactive, using storytelling and collaboration with industry leaders.
You’ll also receive a comprehensive workbook, one-on-one mentor time, session refreshments, and opportunities to attend WITH WA networking events. For a commitment of around two hours per month over six months, you’ll gain the guidance, confidence, and connections you need to take the next step in your leadership journey.
Meet the mentors
- Emma Fraser – Founder of Fraser Marketing International (launched 2016). Emma has 20 years’ experience in hotel marketing across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, working with brands including Jumeirah, IHG, Marriott, Armani Hotels, and TFE Hotels.
- Felicity Neary – GM of Operations & Events, Caravan & Camping WA, with more than 24 years’ experience in tourism and hospitality.
- Renee Bennett – Managing Director, Encanta Event Management, a leading independent professional conference organiser, with over 20 years’ experience in the business events sector.
Other mentors include accomplished leaders across hotels, events and tourism, all ready to share their knowledge and guide the next generation of female leaders.
