Lot 20, is a small bar nestled in the Perth Cultural Centre, between the corner of William and James Street right next door to the State Theatre.

We’re operated by two hospitality old timers.

Haigh Nicholson who has been working in bars almost thirty years,  Haigh also teaches hospitality at South Metro TAFE.

Gary Beadle who has been working in hospitality even longer than Haigh, you’d never know though because Haigh looks much older than Gary. 

Gary is very proud of the number of humans working great jobs in hospitality that started out their careers under his tutelage and he’s always looking for as he says “more beautiful humans” to train and become part of our hospitality family.

Lot 20 is all the things hospitality should be, warm, welcoming and genuine.
