Majuba Bistro

Majuba Bistro is located in Albany in the beautiful Great Southern region of Western Australia.

Albany has a long and rich history. Located in the Wagyl Kaip, the Southern Noongar region of Noongar Booja, Albany is known as Kinjarling or “The Place of Rain” by the area’s First Australians, the Menang Noongar tribe.

The town of Albany is Western Australia’s oldest colonial settlement, with British settlers staking a claim in 1826. This history is still present in the heritage buildings that remain.

The stunning coastlines, wineries and adventure activities make Albany a popular destination for tourists. People come to surf, hike, whale watch, and visit local attractions, such as The Cheynes Beach Whaling Company, which was the last operating whaling company to close in Australia.

Majuba Bistro is a place to gather, unwind and delight.

We cook wholesome food using local ingredients from the beautiful producers of the Great Southern. We source our wine locally and internationally, carefully pairing it with our seasonal menus to create memorable dining experiences.

Majuba’s menu is influenced by French and Spanish bistro-style cooking, featuring many of your favourites – all cooked with the finesse of our experienced chefs.

We bring our favourite dining experiences from all around the world,  with personal touches from our home in South Africa.

We are proud to be a destination dining experience in the heart of Albany, WA and look forward to welcoming you to our Bistro and home.
