Sittella is looking for a WEDDING COORDINATOR who is able to assist the restaurant manager to run our wedding business. Sittella is a significant winery and restaurant complex in the Swan Valley. It has been established for 30 years and has been holding weddings for the last 20 years. We have beautiful grounds a good reputation as a wedding venue.
– The successful applicant will have skills to promote our online presence to prospective couples which involves a social media presence and improving our website interactivity.
– Deal with online wedding enquiries
– Arrange viewing times suitable to the clients
– Discuss client requirements including planning, styling and coordination
– On the wedding day management: vendors/greeting guests on arrival/helping with wedding ceremony protocol / organizing pre-dinner drinks / liaising with the couple as required on the day/ liaising with and assisting function manager until wedding guests are seated.
We prefer a person with a background in Food and Beverage business. This is a part time role with flexible hours, but a full time role would
be considered if prospective applicant is willing t0 assist in the restaurant.
