Aspen Karratha Village is currently seeking an experienced Cook to join our enthusiastic and friendly team, flexibility is a must as our Team cover AM and PM shifts on a rotational basis, 7 days a week. This position is not FIFO, live onsite or residential to Karratha only need to apply.

Suitable applicants must possess the following:
– The ability to assist in preparation, cooking and service of a buffet style menu without supervision.
– Experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
– Take direction from Head Chef & Sous Chef with orders, menus and stocktake.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
– Good knowledge of OH&S and HACCP.

-Food Handling Certification
– Hotel/resort experience will be highly regarded.

Accommodation and meals packaged can be offered to the successful applicant at a heavily discounted rate.
