We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sous Chef.

Swings & Roundabouts is located in Western Australia’s stunning Margaret River region. We pride ourselves on our vibrant team, solid work ethic and a happy work environment which enables us to deliver outstanding service to our avid Swings followers.

Our food is focused on taste, local produce and a shared casual dining experience.

The Sous Chef’s key responsibility is to work alongside the Head Chef assisting in the day-to-day management of the kitchen.

Clear, concise communication and teamwork are essential for this role as well as ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction are achieved.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

Working closely with the Head Chef to develop and execute an accessible, attractive menu in line with the venue’s brand, with particular focus on seasonal and sustainable produce.
Managing, recruitment and training staff.
Stock management.
Food safety and kitchen hygiene.
The position is full time, with the possibility of sponsorship for the right candidate.
