An exciting opportunity to join CARRINGTONS BAR & GRILL in the role of Venue Manager has become available.

With new ownership of the tavern just 11 months ago the Venue has achieved extraordinary growth, 5 star Google reviews and has remarkably turned the venue around. The site has just been approved by Council and Liquor licensing to have a huge outdoor beer garden, playground and bar area built.
The Venue Manager will be empowered with the autonomy and responsibilities that will ensure the role is challenging, exciting and rewarding.
Duties will be include:
· Ensuring the smooth running of the venue including on premise events, restaurant service, TAB operations, Liquor store
· Manage the day to day operations to achieve budgets and KPI’s
· Mentor and assist staff to reach KPI’s across all aspects of the business
· Manage rosters, recruitment, and internal staffing issues
· Drive promotions in collaboration with the Owner to maximise branding and exposure
· Develop strong customer rapport across the business portfolio ensuring customers are highly satisfied with the service and product offerings
To be successful in the role you would possess the following:
· An inspiring leader style that sets clear expectations, creating a customer first mindset in your team
· Have strong business acumen and uses your sound judgement to assess opportunities, make decisions and optimise the business to deliver consistent growth outcomes across all departments
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Venue Manager and hold a WA Approved Manager Card and current Police Clearance
