We are on the hunt for a head chef to lead our kitchen team at Alfred’s Pizzeria

We are open 7 days and the kitchen runs from 1pm until midnight.

The venue is a small but lively rock’n’roll small bar/Pizzeria

We make traditional Italian-styled pizzas with a twist. We change part of the menu every season and are open to changes to the food offering.

Duties include

  • preparing pizza dough (including gluten-free)
  • preparation of all other ingredients
  • set up and pack down of kitchen
  • making delicious pizzas
  • Maintaining clean workspaces
  • Staff rostering
  • Ordering and management of stock
