We are on the hunt for a head chef to lead our kitchen team at Alfred’s Pizzeria
We are open 7 days and the kitchen runs from 1pm until midnight.
The venue is a small but lively rock’n’roll small bar/Pizzeria
We make traditional Italian-styled pizzas with a twist. We change part of the menu every season and are open to changes to the food offering.
Duties include
- preparing pizza dough (including gluten-free)
- preparation of all other ingredients
- set up and pack down of kitchen
- making delicious pizzas
- Maintaining clean workspaces
- Staff rostering
- Ordering and management of stock
